Topp232023 - Block 5 : Uthållighet
This block is again Endurance. Since endurance is the most important physical piece in orienteering, to be able to cope with the distance we compete at, we focus a second time on this important topic.
For fast training we need an endurance base and in the competitions we benefit a lot from being able to keep going for a long time. Keep in head that endurance sessions are mainly done in low intensity. If you do them too fast you are not ready for the faster sessions or you end up injured in a longer term, because you stress your body too much by going quite hard every day. Do you manage to do your sessions at the right intensity? How many participants can we get for the Långpass at the 11/2?
