While Simon Hector and Peleg Mizafon did already run in previous World Cups, it will be the first one for Jekabs Janovs. "...fulfilling one of the biggest lifetime goals of mine!", says an excited Jekabs.

For Simon it was one of his main goals of the season and we hope that he can continue to be as successful as he has been on the previous time World Cup has been in Idre 2021 (3rd place in the Middle distance and 1st in the Relay).

Peleg is returning from an injury that prevented him from running for a long time. Forcing him to skip all the big relays in spring and some longer preparation in Sweden.

First, all of them will try to qualify for the main races in a Qualification race with 3 Heats, of which 20 qualify for the A-Final. The qualification will be held on a 1:15 000 scale map with a expected winning time of 42min. (Heat 2: Peleg 12:04, Simon 13:43; Heat 3: Jekabs 12:17) Afterwards there will be a Longdistance on Thursday and a Middle distance on Saturday. Followed by a Relay on Sunday.
